song put a tear in this guys eye. for the sport of drifting in saudi arabia, it is everywhere. here is a honda going into what i think is on coming traffic, and starts to whip that honda accord back and forth. that kind of driving you would think would get the attention of the police. he blows right by the cops and laugh it off. >> i can't figure out what the rules of the road are here. i feel like cars coming from the dirt, some are pulling off to avoid his car. >> they get up to proximately 137 miles per hour. they do catch up with their friends in the honda -- and

continue to blow off the top. . they just fly right by him again. >> they're tossing him. >> it appears in the video that they get away. and they're right back to drifting. drifting sounds a lot cooler. >> much cooler. what are the chances of this? here is a porter in brazil working and he is reporting from the scene of an accident that just happened. the man at the accident is waiting for the paramedics. they are motioning to the scene in the background welcome and

watch what happens. another motorcycle accident happens right behind this guy while he's there reporting about the accident. he watch this is video closely, and it looks like the motorcycle rider is okay there, he jumps back on his feet. but as you look back at where the guy came from, you see what looks like a speed bump there. there are lines to designate a crosswalk, but in the dark i don't think you could see that speedboat. >> i hope there are signs to help with that. >> who wants it during a live shot on tv. all of his friends are going to know. >> it's unclear if the first accident the guy was there on a a speed bump, but the reporter

motioned in that direction. maybe it was, maybe that's why he is there. >> motorcycles going down the street, all of a sudden they use a bunch of bright light books, and oh, it's tv, and down he goes. >> take a look at this dash cam from a cruiser from the seattle police department. this is never before scene dash cam footage. this incident happened in may 2009. the call is over a homeless man who, according to reports from two parking attendants, assaulted some parking attendants, and you're about to see him in the middle of your screen. it's mark thomas spencer, there he is in the jacket. >> whoa. >> he was just standing there. >> he was arrested, taken in, and charged. but all charges were dropped.

you all remember james egan, he's been on our show. and he questioned videos for excessive force, and he just received this video. they said going forward they will make changes for more transparency in handling excessive force claims. we reached out to the seattle police department, and they said there was two investigations about excessive force and in both they were both exonerated. we have james egan here to answer some questions. >> if you're not the attorney for the person who is recorded, we won't give you the video until three years have elapsed. after three years, their system

them, and low and be hold them, mom figures out a way and she came and got her babies. so how can i hate raccoons if she came back three days later to get her babies. >> she threw that thing open and got her babies out. >> big cats love their watermelon. >> you have to tell me, is this guy lucky or that good.
